歡迎大家來到新歷2009年和舊歷的牛年！希望你們各人都在同一個月內過了有兩個開心又愉快和有喜樂的新年。新年時節，大多數人都會在年頭開始時計劃一下對未來一年的一些願望和計畫。你可知道，其實我們活水團契在2009年，也訂下了一個新的目標嗎？
無錯！活水團契今年的大計是更新了我們團契的目標，從2008年的「愛‧合一」轉至到2009年的「更像主耶穌」。和往年一樣，活水的主題是和教會的主題是一樣的，因為這樣可以更加容易將我們團契融入到教會的大家庭中，令各弟兄姊妹在教會中更有歸屬感和在崇拜中容易明白「更像主耶穌」的重要性。
所以，在這一年裡，我們應更努力地裝備自己，參與團契中各種不同的活動，如查經（今年活水會研讀約翰福音），細包小組和其他的活動來加深自己對耶穌的認識，努力實現我們的目標！我們相信，無論在教會，團契或小組中待奉，是學習放下自己和將重點放在主耶穌的最好的訓練。希望大家在學習「更像主耶穌」的待奉當中，可以裝備自己成為一個有耶穌影子的一個門徒，用我們的生命活出耶穌對我們的愛，在做每一件事中，可以做到一個好的活見證。再者，更希望鼓勵大家利用你自己成為散播種子的一個工具，將耶穌基督為對我們的救贖和神愛世人這些好消息傳播給我們的父母，家庭成員，朋友，同事和你身邊周圍的人，讓更多人認識我們的主耶穌，做好我們的本份！
來吧，讓我們一起在2009年的活水團契中繼續努力，準備自己，令我們「更像主耶穌」！
Welcome you to 2009 and the Chinese Year of the Ox! I hope you all are happy and joyful after celebrating two new years in the same month. At the beginning of the New Year, most people will make new resolutions for the coming year regarding to aspirations and plans. Do you know that Living Water Fellowship made a New Year Resolution for 2009 as well?
That's right! Living Water Fellowship's plan is to change the objectives of our fellowship, from the 2008 theme, "Be United in One" to the 2009 theme, "Be More like Jesus." As in previous years, the theme of the fellowship is the same as the church's theme, because we can easily integrate ourselves into our the Church body as one, so that brothers and sisters will have a stronger sense of belonging in church and easily understand the importance of "Be More like Jesus" during Sunday worships.
Therefore, this year we should put more efforts to equip ourselves to take part in fellowship in a variety of activities such as Bible Study (LWF will be studying the book of John this year), cell groups and other activities to deepen our awareness on Jesus and strive to achieve our goals! We believe that, serving in different areas, regardless of the church or fellowship or small groups, is the best way to learn and train ourselves to focus on the our Lord Jesus Christ. We hope that while we "Be More like Jesus," we can equip ourselves as an example with signs of being a disciple of Jesus Christ, showing the love of Jesus Christ as we become living witness to everybody else. Furthermore, we would like to encourage everyone to make use of your own self to become a tool to spread the gospel and let people know that "God so loved us" to our parents, family members, friends, colleagues and people around you. We will do the best and hope more people can learn about Jesus Christ!
Come, let come together to the Living Water Fellowship in 2009 to continue efforts to prepare ourselves to "Be More like Jesus"!
